Primary ambulance service provider for Cortland County, TLC Emergency Medical Services provides the highest level of pre-hospital emergency medical assistance available.   

The TLC dispatch center is staffed with certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers and all TLC ambulances are staffed with Advanced Life Support personnel who are able to provide lifesaving assistance.

TLC employs over 50 Emergency Medical Dispatchers, Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics.  Most of our employees live in Cortland County and volunteer their emergency medical services training and time to other agencies throughout the region.
