COMPANY TIMELINE

1973   TLC Wheelchair Service Inc. established by David J. Butler.
1973   Expanded into ambulance service. Company renamed TLC Ambulance and Wheelchair
           Services Inc.
1975   Major expansion with new vehicles and bigger staff for non-emergency medical
           transport.
1991   Purchased Hayes Ambulance in Cortland County and started TLC Emergency Medical
           Services Inc.
2004   Awarded ambulance service contract in City of Auburn. Established Auburn City
           Ambulance Inc.
2009   Awarded ambulance service contract in Brewerton Fire District. Established Brewerton
           Ambulance.
2010   Expanded emergency ambulance service in Onondaga Co. as TLC Medical
           Transportation Services.
2016   TLC Medical Transportation Services ends non-emergency wheelchair and Medicar business
           to focus on core ambulance services.

TLC Medical Transportation Services Inc. operates emergency ambulances in Onondaga County and Syracuse. TLC Medical Transportation also provides wheelchair lift installation to private and commercial customers; and vehicle biohazard cleanup for commercial accounts, not-for-profit transport services, and government agencies.

TLC Emergency Medical Services Inc. operates emergency ambulance service in the City of Cortland and surrounding areas of Cortland County.

TLC was founded in 1973 by David J. Butler, who serves as president and CEO of TLC Medical Transportation Inc. and TLC Emergency Medical Services Inc.
